In show 6 Paul Evans explains the Alexander Technique, and the benefits it offers to those who live with chronic pain. An interesting perspective is provided by Daphne Wood, a qualified teacher of the Shaw Method which applies the principles of Alexander Technique to swimming. This interview is conducted in a swimming pool, and it is highlighted how the Alexander Technique can be used to effectively combat and manage pain in everyday life. Also in the show, physiotherapist Paul Cameron takes part in a Q&A to address patent questions received by Pain Concen.
