my son is disabled, gets cluster headaches regular ,also neck spasms….not happy with his treatment..he his receiving,he can not cope with the pain… nobody is listening he can’t eat because of vomiting lost stones in weight.. i am his mum and his carer ,why is nobody telling me anything…. i want to know what options,he as to getting some relief … its a year over and he is getting no better… as botox injections …oxygen … painkillers?

I am new to the site and am finding my way around, not sure if I am commenting in the correct place.
I suffered multiple injuries in a road accident 26 years ago. I have leg and spinal problems. My spinal problems went under treated for years, various attempts at epidurals and so on and opiate based drugs. Finally after years of being called a hyprchondriac, malingerer and down right nuisance I was diagnosed by a urologist as having cauda equina syndrome. Devastation ! It seems I have had to diagnose myself throughout the years, I ended up having my bowel removed because of the spinal problems. Any how to date I just feel I am regarded as a trouble maker and some sort of addict, I am frightened to ask for anything for the pain because I feel the powers that be are judging me. It is an awful situation I recently had to have a total hip replacement and nurses didn’t want to give me the pain relief I needed. Has anyone got any advice for me please, it is making me feel very isolated.

we are in danger of a systemic national discrimination against disabled people and people on benefits, which is resulting in a form of social cleansing in the sense of shunning and abusing anyone who is disabled or on benefits.

Oxycodone is an opium-derivative and is narcotic in nature. It is an opioid drug similar to Hydrocodone, codeine and morphine. It is used for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic pain. i suffer terrible arthritis in my shoulder and back, I don’t like to take too much medication or use chemical enhanced products believing they only create more problems down the track. i have found a wonderful product called NATURAL HARMONY it is made with all natural products including essential oils and natural mineral salts, it is Australian Made and non greasy so it’s great before bed and under my clothes, on the bad days it may not eliminate the pain however it takes the real harshness off reducing my pain from say a 8-9 down to a 2-4, i’m also told some people use it on their pets who suffer arthritis also, I have found the more I use it the better it works, any way hope this helps you like it has helped me and believe thousands of others, oh their web site http://www.florentinegold.com.au
