Oramorph?
Because second-level painkillers are ineffective, I've been given Oramorph to take if I really can't cope, especially on a course I'm on next week. I didn't intend to try it before then, but yesterday took a low dose on the advice of NHS Direct as I wasn't coping. I really feel I'll need it again tonight (only 2.5ml - 0.25mg of morphine) but am a bit scared.
I think this weather, plus insufficient steroids, is contributing to it. At the moment it is worst in bed.
