Listen to stories of people who became pain free
Hi everyone. I just wanted to make you aware of an event that is happening on Sunday 11th Oct at 5pm on the internet.
4 people who have recovered from back pain and RSI using mindbody techniques are going to be telling their stories live, and you can listen in and text in questions.
These talks won't be for everyone. But maybe your pain is exacerbated by stress or you have chronic pain that your doctors haven’t been able to help you with? Maybe you are at your wit's end and think that it is possible that your pain might just have a mind-body component? Then you might be interested listening in and finding out more.
The event is being run by a bunch of people who have transformed their lives and want to share it. There is nothing for sale in any way, shape or form; in fact, they're in the process of applying for a registered charity status.
While the approach described is a mind-body approach, people are also clear that the pain it causes is very real (I know that ALL too well from my own excruciating pain) and that there are also many physical causes of pain. Only you can figure out if your pain is purely physical or actually has a mind-body component.

Incidentally there is a paper that made me think long and hard about my back pain and I’m linking to it here as it might be of interest to some of you: This study is frequently quoted to show that bulging disks, etc can often be found in people with no history of back pain.
